By using Trial Fit or buying a report, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Trial Fit for an organisation, you confirm that you can bind it.

What Trial Fit is

Trial Fit estimates what share of US adults meet a clinical trial's eligibility criteria. It does this by applying rules to public CDC NHANES survey data. It offers a free preview and a paid full report.

Not medical advice

Trial Fit is for research and planning estimates only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a medical device. Do not use it to decide whether any person may enter a trial, or to make any clinical, treatment, safety or regulatory decision. Eligibility of real patients must always be assessed by qualified investigators under the approved protocol.

Data source and limits

Results are based on the US National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) 2015–2018, published by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). The CDC does not endorse Trial Fit.

• NHANES describes the US civilian, non-institutionalised population. It does not describe other countries, specific sites, or the patients who will actually enrol.
• Some answers are self-reported. Some criteria cannot be measured, such as recent events, rare conditions, tests that were not run, and consent or investigator judgement. These are listed separately.
• Criteria are translated into rules partly by AI, which can be wrong. You review the rules, and you are responsible for checking them.
• Every figure is a statistical estimate with uncertainty. Ranges are given where they can be computed.

Payment

The full report costs US$349, one-time, per trial, plus any tax that applies. The price is shown before you pay. Stripe processes the payment. You get access as soon as the payment is confirmed, and a link by email where email delivery is enabled. There is no subscription and nothing renews.

Withdrawal and refunds

The report is digital content delivered immediately. If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Before paying, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose this right once delivery starts (EU Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m); Romanian GEO 34/2014). We confirm this on your receipt.

If the report is not delivered, is technically broken, or the payment was a duplicate, email us within 30 days and we will fix it or refund you in full. Your statutory rights for non-conforming digital content (Directive (EU) 2019/770) always apply.

Intellectual property

You keep all rights in what you upload. You give us a limited licence to process it only to provide the service. The software, design, rule sets and report format belong to FRIDAY CORP S.R.L. You may use and share the reports you buy within your organisation and in your own documents, citing "Trial Fit, based on CDC NHANES". You may not resell the service or the reports as your own product.

Acceptable use

Do not upload personal or health data about identifiable people, or content you have no right to share. Do not overload, scrape, reverse-engineer or probe the service, get around payment or rate limits, or use it unlawfully. We may suspend access if these rules are broken.

Warranty disclaimer

To the extent the law allows, Trial Fit and its reports are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or that any estimate will match real recruitment.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability arising from Trial Fit is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100 if you paid nothing. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, trial delays, or decisions made on the basis of the estimates. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. The courts of Bucharest, Romania have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in its courts. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's consumer redress portal and the Romanian authority ANPC (anpc.ro). If any clause is invalid, the rest remains in force.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you buy applies to that purchase. We will post changes here and update the date at the top.
